Sarah is a Yoga Alliance Professionals UK accredited teacher with over 2500 hours teaching experience and 20 years personal practise. She offers classes in a range of styles including private sessions tailored to individual needs. Sarah encourages correct and safe alignment and offers hands-on assists to help students reach their full potential. Classes are intelligently sequenced with focus on breathwork and mindfulness, ending with a guided relaxation to help you float away into a truly relaxed state of body and mind.
Sarah is also an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist and Consultant, studying Ayurvedic medicine with The Ayurvedic Institute UK. She offers individualised treatments in her massage therapy room in Millbrook, plus diet and lifestyle consultations that find and treat the root cause of a disease, using the sophisticated and powerful holistic healing system of Ayurveda to reach optimum health of body, mind and soul. In addition, Sarah is a Reiki Master, offering Reiki Healing treatments and attunement courses.
