Food & Drink

All your meals are provided on the retreat, with vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Focus is on tasty, home-cooked Ayurvedic meals that are easy to digest and cleansing, with options available that are suitable for all dosha types.

A selection of teas are available in the kitchen for you to help yourself to throughout the day.

The list of treatments available for you to book during the retreat will be provided, with daytime and evening slots that can fit around your chosen activities. An additional therapist will accompany Sarah, offering a wide range of treatments.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Classes connect body-mind-breath as you move mindfully between the different yoga asanas.

Some positions are held, whilst others flow continuously through gentle sequences.

Focus is on supporting the body’s natural detoxification process and strengthening the immune system, through movement, breathwork, meditation and visualisation.

Hot Core Flow Yoga

Classes detoxify the body through high-energy movements which induce sweat and work the deep core muscles.

Restorative Yoga

Classes help to detox clutter from the mind and boost the immune system, promoting inner peace and rejuvenation.

Lots of yoga props are used to support the body in various positions which are held for 5-10 minutes each whilst you are guided through breathwork, visualisation or meditation techniques.

Yoga Nidra

A guided meditation class as you lie comfortably in Savasana.

Often called 'yogic sleep' due to its deeply relaxing nature, where your conscious mind lets go of the everyday thoughts and drifts off to sleep, as your sub-conscious takes you into a profound place of inner peace and calm.

Focus is on relaxing the body and mind and boosting the immunity.

Yoga classes and workshops are optional, simply choose the ones that sing to you and enjoy the beautiful surroundings during your free time or take a relaxing treatment.
