Ayurveda Workshop 1

You will be introduced to the tri-dosha system and learn how the elements affect the body and mind.

We will explore characteristics of the elements and how they can manifest when in and out of balance.

Ayurveda Workshop 2

You will learn how to balance the elements in the body and mind through diet and lifestyle choices, with recipe and remedy demonstrations and tasters.

Sounding Bowl Workshop

A 2-hour interactive workshop with Tobias, who will bring a range of his own healing sound bowls, individually hand-crafted with love from locally grown woods.

Tobias will provide information and demonstrations and offers an opportunity for you to play them too.

YOGA CLASSES

Each yoga class focuses on one of the elements: water ~ earth ~ air ~ ether ~ fire

Classes help to balance the elements within the body & mind through movement, breath, meditation and visualisation.

Classes are suitable for all abilities.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Morning classes connect body-mind-breath as you move mindfully between the different yoga asanas. Some positions are held, whilst others flow continuously through gentle sequences.

Restorative Yoga

Evening classes are relaxing and reflective, promoting tranquillity and contentment.

Lots of yoga props are used to support the body in various positions which are held for 5-10 minutes each whilst you are guided through breathing or meditation techniques.

Yoga Nidra

An evening guided meditation class as you lie comfortably in Savasana.

Often called 'yogic sleep' due to its deeply relaxing nature, where your conscious mind lets go of the everyday thoughts and drifts off to sleep, as your sub-conscious takes you into a profound place of self-healing and inner peace.
