Tea Recipes
Enjoy a relaxing cuppa after you class before you get on with the rest of your day. Here are some recipe ideas for you to try.
Choco Coconut Latte
In a pan, gently warm a cup of coconut milk
Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder and a dash of vanilla essence
Mix well and turn off the heat, adding sugar/honey to taste.
Cardamom Tea
In a pan, add 1/2 cup of water, a tea bag and 2 - 3 cardamom pods and simmer gently on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and add 1/2 cup of almond milk and continue to simmer gently for a further 5 minutes.
Sieve the pods and drink warm.
Cardamom is a great digestive aid to reduce bloating and abdominal cramps.
