The Ayurvedic Back Massage (60mins) includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Warm therapeutic oils are used for a deep tissue massage to remove tension and accumulated knots. Your treatment also includes an acupressure point massage (marma madana), a chakra-release massage (with Reiki), and a hot herbal poultice massage (pinda sweda).
