Service Description

The Ayurvedic Full Body Massage (2 hours) includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands; legs & feet; stomach; head & facial. Warm therapeutic oils are used for a deep tissue massage to remove tension and accumulated knots. Your treatment also includes an acupressure point massage (marma madana), a chakra-release massage on the back (with Reiki), and a hot herbal poultice massage (pinda sweda). The head massage can be selected with or without a warm therapeutic oil. A suitable cream, gel or oil is used for the facial. The stomach massage is optional.
