Service Description

The Ayurvedic Upper Body De-Stress Massage (90mins) includes the back, neck & shoulders; arms & hands; head & facial. Warm therapeutic oils are used for a deep tissue massage to remove tension and accumulated knots. Your treatment also includes an acupressure point massage (marma madana), a chakra-release massage on the back (with Reiki), and a hot herbal poultice massage on the back, neck & shoulders (pinda sweda). Warm therapeutic oils are used on the scalp for the head massage and a suitable cream, gel or oil is used on the face.
